Sales Executive for Crop Science Division
Location: Nusa Tenggara Barat (Lombok), South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi (Luwuk) Gorontalo, North Sumatera (Tapanuli), South Sumatera (North Lampung & Belitang), Kalimantan (Pontianak), Central Java (Jepara, Blora,Pemalang),
Develop sales plans and forecasts for key customers and accounts; implement sales and trading programs; monitor sales progress, stock position, and collection; and conclude sales activities so that the sales objectives are met.
Implement the promotional activities for focus products.
Implement Sales Excellence and Merchandising program.
Report sales activities, including trading program and customer feedback; sample usage; and information on competitor activities (i.e. price, stock, promotion and distribution) to the Area Sales Manager.
Manage and supervise the activities of Sales Promotor(s) and reallocate their resources to improve and maximize overall results.
For Senior Sales Executives: Coach and mentor less experienced Sales Executive(s) on the technical aspects of the organization’s products; on sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
Education: University degree in agronomy or plant protection.
Work Experience: at least 3 years of relevant experience (Sales Executives), or fresh graduate (Sales Representatives)
Good understanding of agriculture practices.
Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Possess strong analytical and business skills,
Possess strong excellent selling skills
Possess effective communication and relationship building capability, professional in dealing with customers and colleagues
Result oriented, proactive with his/her own initiative within corporate compliance
Willing to travel up country with high mobility
Ability to work under pressure
